The Counsel, Government & Regulatory supports the Legal Department by providing legal counsel on government and commercial contracting matters, with a primary focus on federal and state government healthcare programs and associated regulatory frameworks. This role will partner closely with business, compliance, and operational teams to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, advise on legal and regulatory risks, and support the Company’s government contracting activities.
The position also supports regulatory initiatives by monitoring and interpreting applicable laws, advising on implementation, and assisting with inquiries and compliance obligations. This role is expected to handle a high volume of transactional work while providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Base compensation ranges from $128,000 to $145,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
