- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive communications leadership experience
- Experience leading corporate communications for a large healthcare, technology, software, data, or highly regulated organization
- Demonstrated success advising CEOs and senior executive teams
- Significant experience across media relations, executive communications, thought leadership, social media, and internal communications
- Proven ability to lead communications through periods of transformation, growth, acquisitions, organizational change, or public company readiness
- Strong understanding of healthcare, technology, data, artificial intelligence, or enterprise software markets
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, presentation, and strategic communications skills
- Experience managing crises, complex stakeholder environments, and high visibility corporate issues
- Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high performing teams

Base compensation ranges from $185,000.00 to $250,000.00. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
