The Vice President, Events and Experience is responsible for leading Cotiviti’s enterprise-wide event strategy and experience function across internal, external, executive, customer, sales, and industry-facing engagements. This leader will define how Cotiviti shows up in the market and internally through high-impact experiences that strengthen brand perception, support commercial growth, reinforce company culture, elevate executive visibility, and showcase the company’s evolving technology and platform capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of communications, marketing, sales, product, technology, and executive engagement-ensuring every experience reflects a cohesive, premium, and differentiated market presence aligned to Cotiviti’s evolution into a healthcare infrastructure, intelligence, and technology platform.
The Vice President, Events and Experience will oversee the strategy, planning, creative direction, production, and operational execution of all major corporate experiences including customer conferences, executive engagements, sales meetings, leadership summits, employee experiences, sponsorship activations, media events, product showcases, and strategic market-facing experiences.
This role requires both a strategic operator and creative builder capable of transforming events from logistical exercises into integrated enterprise storytelling, customer engagement, and growth platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to create experiences that drive executive alignment, deepen customer relationships, support pipeline generation, amplify thought leadership, strengthen organizational culture, and reinforce market positioning.
This leader will help modernize and scale Cotiviti’s experience ecosystem as the company evolves into a market-defining healthcare infrastructure, intelligence, and technology platform.
