The Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations leads a team of Business Operations Analysts and Revenue Cycle Specialists supporting Cotiviti’s Clinical Chart Validation (CCV) operations and client delivery. This leader oversees revenue cycle management, month-end close activities, inventory management, client SLA delivery, and financial analysis for assigned clients within the Clinical Chart Validation business unit. The role is accountable for maximizing revenue recognition, minimizing financial leakage, strengthening process controls, and accelerating client savings value while serving as a trusted internal and client business partner. This position also supports workflow modernization through automation, platform enhancements, and AI enablement within a rapidly growing healthcare payment integrity segment at Cotiviti.
Location for this role is within a 2 hour commute to our Blue Bell PA office.

Base compensation ranges from $115,000 to $145,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
