- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.
- Strong research and sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and CRM/ATS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor outreach to various audiences.
- High level of curiosity, persistence, and creativity in finding and engaging candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience sourcing for healthcare-specific and hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing or employer branding best practices.

Base compensation ranges from $62,000.00 to $80,000.00. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
