The Staff Engineer I is a senior technical engineer responsible for designing and delivering complex software solutions across hybrid environments (on-premise and public cloud). This role combines deep technical expertise with architectural understanding to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
The Staff Engineer I - Services manages application interfaces (services, APIs) for the Pharmacy Application, helps drive related integrations using high volume Tx processing partners within established architecture and organizational structures, and provides related monitoring and logging solutions required for a high-volume transaction processing platform.
The ideal candidate will play a role in leading and mentoring a team of Software Engineers, while working closely with the Leadership and Principal Software Engineer(s) to drive technical excellence and innovation. This position requires a deep understanding of software development, software development practices, leadership abilities, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges

Base compensation ranges from $140,000 to $170,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
