- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years related experience (Subrogation, healthcare billing, healthcare/medical claims, reimbursement, analytics, recovery, paralegal, adjusting).
- Experience in a Legal office of 3+ years preferred; paralegal or legal assistant and/or experience in the insurance industry (casualty or health insurance).
- Experience with leading teams of at least 5+ individuals a plus.
- For internal promotional opportunities, senior specialists would be eligible and/or Cotiviti employees with 4 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
- Basic computer proficiency required (typing, ability to navigate various websites).

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Base compensation ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
