- High School Diploma Required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred).
- Minimum of five (5) years of specialized Cotiviti audit experience or seven (7) years of comprehensive healthcare financial operations experience, including healthcare billing, medical claims processing, reimbursement strategies, and data-driven analytics.
- Minimum of one (1) year proven leadership experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have demonstrated excellence in people management, team development, and creating high-performance collaborative environments.
- Prior Experience with product management (Strongly Preferred).
- Experience with project management software such as JIRA or Asana strongly preferred.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
- Proven ability to lead multiple project tasks across business units and stakeholders.
- Requires working knowledge of and applicable industry-based standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well as an individual and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills are required to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to mentor staff and enhance performance.
- Some travel may be required at times for this role (10-15%).

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Base compensation ranges from $115,000 to $135,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
