Overview

A Sales support and selling role dedicated to supporting Sales VPs in the sale of our [Payment Accuracy or Health Enablement] products. This role requires product expertise in the [Payment Accuracy or Health Enablement] suite of solutions.

 

Candidate should have at least eight years of experience with inside sales, sales development, or a similar customer- facing role within the healthcare industry. They should possess the skill and experience to work as a member of a collaborative sales team and to be responsible for sales quota, expansion of account intelligence, qualification of leads, preparing the sales materials and drive revenue growth.

 

The intent of the role is to provide support to the Sales VPs in their pursuit of the opportunities. In partnering with the Sales VPs, the Sr. Sales Solution Manager will execute best sales practices and efficient use of internal resources.

Responsibilities

To support Sales VPs, the Sr. Sales Solution Manager participates in the planning and execution of sales strategies, including but not limited to:

  • Participating in sales planning and the creation of the pipeline and account plans
  • Coordinating cross-selling activities with Client Engagement Team
  • Coordinating with account management in sales planning and account plans
  • Targeting and engaging senior decision makers
  • Scheduling and conducting discovery calls
  • Creating presentations for online and onsite meetings
  • Conducting solution presentations and leading demo conversations
  • Fulfilling take-aways from presentations
  • Present product demonstrations
  • Supporting submissions of pricing and proposals
  • Managing RFI and RFP submissions
  • Participating in tradeshows, Cotiviti Client Conference and other marketing events
  • Managing contract administration process and participating in contract negotiations
  • Provide support in the preparation and delivery of internal training sessions
  • Closing new business
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting 
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned

To develop their sales abilities and experience for accepting quota responsibility, the Sr. Sales Solution Manager will support the Sales VP:

  • Maintaining accuracy of product pipeline reports
  • Assisting with contract creation and administration (NDA, BAA, MSA, SOW)
  • Creating and maintaining account profiles in Microsoft Dynamics, including organizational charts and contacts
  • Documenting in Microsoft Dynamics essential interactions with prospects and customers

Qualifications

  • BA., B.S. or advanced degree in business, sales, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of sales experience or a client facing role. Proven success in sales, managing accounts and resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to self-manage with attention to detail. Professional demeanor and ability to interact easily and professionally with customers. Responsible for retaining confidentiality and creative problem solving with ability to work with customers, both internally and externally to meet revenue goals.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with ability to work well in group setting providing product subject matter expertise for Cotiviti’s Payment Accuracy solution components.
  • Excellent organizational skills for filing, organizing information for quick retrieval and tracking tasks and due dates.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal, written, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected.

 

Base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.  

 

This role is eligible for commission.

This role is based remotely and all interviews will be conducted virtually.
