The Senior Manager Production Operations will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program at Cotiviti. They manage a team of IAM staff with expertise in migrating Cotiviti production applications to Okta SSO, working with internal clients teams to migrate the client users to okta authentication and executing a roadmap with the Application owners to get Production apps IAM ready. The team consists of Okta Developers, Engineers, and Technical Support staff. The incumbent will also assist in overseeing performance by external contractors engaged for project and development work. They advise the executive team on this roadmap with a focus on keeping the applications current and supported. They also interact with other Cotiviti technical, business and security teams to ensure delivery of excellent service to support the Identity management domain while adhering to the corporate security policy.

Base compensation ranges from $128,000 to $160,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
