Overview

The GTM Operations Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst is a multi-faceted role spanning across data management, project management, process improvement, and deal audits.  This role will collaborate across teams to provide analysis, propose changes, develop processes, project manage, and positively impact the GTM organization as a whole. This role is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects through the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop, track, and report on project plans, including scoping, time estimates, tracking project schedules, outlining deliverables, and developing budgets.
  • Provide direction to project teams, including allocating tasks, tracking deliverables, ensuring quality control, managing deadlines, and assigning resources
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement to keep projects on track and on budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining the critical and confidential nature of the project.
  • Ensure that project objectives are met and that the role and function of each team member are understood throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle logistics and details of presentations and meetings for large groups.
  • Proactively coordinate various internal functions, including making appropriate travel arrangements, agendas, necessary contacts, and other preparations related to these meetings.
  • Support the CRM. These responsibilities will vary but may include management of data, process improvement, deal audits, and CRM end user support as needed.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes, recommend and lead process improvement that impacts our Go to Market Team and our Sales Cycle.
  • Escalate risks and issues and recommend paths forward to resolve.
  • Support of all GTM operations functions as needed: Deal management, RFP’s, business development, client-facing initiatives, compensation, territory management, end user support & analytics/reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Microsoft suite proficiency (Excel, PPT, Word, SharePoint)
  • CRM experience. Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Team player. Comfortable interacting with various levels of leadership and colleagues across the organization, including senior management, and working collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
  • Initiative-taker.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and experience working remotely
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. 
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods

  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance

Base compensation ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
