The Platform Product Manager for the RCA Division is responsible for driving the development and improvement of the audit platforms used to support the Data Mining, Pharmacy (RX), Coordination of Benefits (COB), Subrogation, and other future RCA products.
In this role, they will partner closely with business stakeholders to integrate their requirements into the platform product vision and are accountable for development roadmaps within their area of focus. Additionally, they will work alongside engineering teams to establish the scope and acceptance criteria, ensuring the successful delivery of these requirements. The collaboration will extend to Technical Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Delivery Managers, aligning product and feature delivery with project milestones and strategic objectives, thereby guaranteeing high satisfaction levels among internal customers.

Base compensation ranges from $86,100 to $105,000 annuallt. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law.
