We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to drive the execution, optimization, and innovation of
our marketing operations and demand generation programs. In this role, you’ll develop and execute high-impact, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns that support revenue and pipeline goals. Partnering closely across the Marketing and GTM teams, you’ll act at both the strategic and tactical levels to conceptualize, build, track, execute, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in HubSpot, with advanced expertise in analytics (HubSpot, Power BI,
Tableau) and AI-driven marketing technology. This individual will combine technical mastery with operational
excellence to ensure scalable processes, best practices, and actionable insights that empower Marketing and GTM
teams to succeed. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with interdependent deadlines and stakeholders across the company.
