Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Program Manager to join our team and drive long-term success for our customers through strategic engagement and operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and relationship manager, aligning Cotiviti’s software and services with customer goals to deliver measurable outcomes. You will lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and support program growth, while collaborating cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and other internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tactical project plans focused on issue resolution, quality improvements, and program enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring proactive and effective communication.
  • Align customer business needs with Edifecs solutions to drive success and maximize value.
  • Collaborate on Customer Health metrics, NPS, Executive Business Reviews, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Forecast and monitor key performance indicators including revenue, member counts, and risk adjustment metrics.
  • Track and manage product-related issues impacting customer success.
  • Apply operational and regulatory knowledge to ensure accurate, compliant business practices.
  • Provide technical insights in risk adjustment areas to support customer initiatives.
  • Communicate customer feedback and enhancement requests to Product Management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all contracted services, exceeding customer expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong operational knowledge in data processing, revenue recognition, and audit regulations.
  • Technical expertise in risk adjustment and experience in payer or risk-bearing provider environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS distribution models and healthcare industry practices.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.

Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $105,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

This role is based remotely and all interviews will be conducted virtually.
