Overview

The CSR Program Manager will play a crucial role in helping to manage the company’s CSR initiatives. This role will

work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where they will interact with various departments across the

organization and external stakeholders.

 

They will be responsible for helping to manage and execute on the company's corporate social responsibility

initiatives around Cotiviti Cares, including program design and execution, internal and external engagement, and impact tracking and reporting, communications, along with program budget mapping.

 

Additionally, throughout the year, collaborating with the Investor Relations team on developing the annual ESG report, including content and design, and working through the appropriate sign-off process.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the CC mailbox and ensuring timely responses to inquiries 
  • Collaborate with the CC Governance Board to develop and implement quarterly pillar programs 
  • Maintain and enhance the CC intranet site to ensure up-to-date information and resources, along with evolving the content and positioning. 
  • Design and execute CSR programs, including volunteer initiatives, charitable donations and community outreach projects. 
  • Coordinate and promote volunteer programs and partnerships with nonprofit organizations. 
  • Work with accounting teams on charitable disbursements and the process surrounding 
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to promote CSR initiatives and foster a culture of social responsibility. 
  • Collaborate across the global locations on CC initiatives, visibility, and program development. 
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to highlight the company’s CSR efforts to employees, customers, and the wider community 
  • Manage and further build out the framework for the Employee Charitable Request Program 
  • Liaison and prepare the materials needed for the Review Committee 
  • Tracking and reconciliation of the CC budget 
  • Prepare ESG reports in coordination with Investor Relations, ensuring transparency in the company’s performance and initiatives. 
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. Required 
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. Required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years' related experience
  • Experienced writer with the ability to generate engaging and compelling content
  • Proven project management expertise to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Knowledge of current CSR trends
  • Passion for social responsibility and commitment to making a positive impact.

  • Analytical skills to evaluate the impact of programs, report findings, and identify areas for improvement, as well as problem-solving

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance

Base compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
