The Senior Insight Analyst is part of our Operational Insights team and will lead the analysis of complex data sets to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive business growth and optimize performance. This is a key role in guiding the data analysis process, mentoring junior analysts, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities and implement data-driven solutions. This position would act as a subject matter expert on the team.
Analysts contribute to the organization's success by providing insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. The insights team operates as an internal consulting group to supply, manage, and analyze overpayment recovery data for use in assigning actions needed, as well as recommending organizational efficiency improvements across all post-production areas.

Base compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
