- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Application/Solution architecture, Technical/Infrastructure architecture, or Information/Data Architecture.
- Hands on experience in both greenfield development and the refactoring/rewriting of aging applications.
- 1+ years directly leading architecture & software design for one or more teams.
- 10+ years development experience.
- Experience working in an Agile Model, preferably SAFe.
- Experience with CI/CD practices.Support the effort of the architecture team in facilitating consensus on the proper level and pace of change and integration of technologies.
- Stays current on changing business and technological environments.
- Ability to help resolve various architectural links and technology choices in the challenge of building the model.
- Competently strikes a balance between strategic integration issues and urgent business needs.

- Relevant experience in business system application design, development and installation.

Base compensation ranges from $138,000 to $168,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
