Overview

The Sr AI Product Manager - We are seeking a passionate, talented, and enthusiastic individual to join the AI R&D team and help build industry-leading AI technologies, enabling lines of business with cutting edge and impactful solutions. You will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of data products that power GenAI solutions across the enterprise. This role bridges the gap between data engineering, AI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact, reusable data products.

Responsibilities

  • Sr AI Product Manager will play a key role in driving the planning and roadmap for our data products within AI Solutions across lines of business. 
  • Define product strategy, roadmap and product requirements for our data products within the AI Platform and solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, AI scientists, and domain experts to identify high-value data opportunities and translate them into product requirements.
  • Drive executive decision making for new investments, including competitive analysis, program goals and business requirements, architectural concepts, risk management, financial analysis, schedule and strategy.
  • Coordinate and partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, finance, legal and other stakeholders with a sense of urgency in a data driven manner. Develop and drive end to end program management to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.
  • Drive technical projects from requirements including managing complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running smoothly.
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive gaps, and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements and specifications.
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of technical proficiency in data management, governance, FAIR data principals and AI.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguity.
  • Apply process where it creates value, and design process where it’s needed.
  • Work closely with operations teams and drive adoption across the portfolio.
  • Establish trusting relationships with different stakeholders and create avenues to synergically improve the AI landscape of the company.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. 
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience such as MS +7 years.
  • MBA is desirable.
  • 3 + years of product management experience in AI or similar fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in a cross-functional role.
  • 2 + years of experience working with AI infrastructure.
  • Healthcare experience is desirable.
  • Experience in data product management or technical product management, ideally in AI/ML or data platform environments, preferably in a healthcare domain.
  • Understanding of healthcare domain data sets like a claims, member, provider etc. is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including pipelines, modeling, and governance (Databricks experience a plus).
  • Experienced in navigating data sets with SQL and ability to tell data driven stories via creation of dashboards.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.

Base compensation ranges from $150,000 to $190,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
