Overview

Associate Business Analyst is a post-sales position that focuses on individual clients. In this role, you will work directly with individual clients to capture business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the successful deployment of Cotivitis’ products. You will serve as a domain expert, ensuring that each solution is tailored to meet the unique needs of our healthcare customers. Responsibilities

  • Work with client’s business SMEs and review their business requirement documents, conduct requirement gathering sessions.
  • Guide client business and technical teams in defining requirements, translating requirements into functional specifications, and assisting during implementation.
  • Prepare and present documentation of business processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Cotiviti Implementation Architect / Technical Project Manager to formulate the implementation strategy/schedule, and operational plan.
  • Coordinate with other Professional Services, Product, and Development team members to meet development and configuration milestones.
  • Provide client support during the UAT phase and participate in analysis and triage meetings with client and internal development/testing team.
  • Provide software and client-specific training and develop training documentation based on present standards and client needs.
  • Provide consulting to customer on Cotiviti products and help in solution designing.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects by driving solutions and requirements.

Qualifications

  • 6 months-1 years experience written and verbal presentation skills required. Must be comfortable interacting with client’s business and testing teams.
  • 6 months-1 years experience with detailed user and operational documentation to support the deployment of products and services at client sites.
  • 6+ months experience delivering functional training/demos at customer sites as part of the customer's software release and deployment cycle.
  • Excellent communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Cotiviti software or similar healthcare integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SQL, XML and healthcare data formats and standards (e.g., EDI, X12, HL7, HIPAA) is a plus.
  • Good command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.

 

Base compensation ranges from $62,892.00 to $78,615,000.00. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
