- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years’ experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator in a corporate recruiting or RPO organization, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes.
- Highly flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team environment.
- Strong grasp of the English language and the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees, prospective employees, vendors and senior management.
- Bilingual English / Spanish skills preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Detail-oriented, with good interpersonal and telephone skills and ability to deal with interruptions and shifting priorities.
Base compensation ranges from $21.50/hour to $25.50/hour. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
