Overview

The Solutions Architect Intern will work on the CIE team (Client Integration Engineering team). The Solution Architect Intern will support the more senior solutions architects. The CIE team is responsible for creating best-in-class business offerings by collaborating with business leaders, sales and support teams, and clients.

 

The Solutions Architect Senior Inter will be mentored in processes and practices that support present and future sales and implementations, ensuring sales are aligned with current technical offering and capabilities, and that custom client requests are substantiated and well understood.  This person will have to manage their time and clearly communicate expectations on work products and timeframes.

Responsibilities

The Solution Architect Intern may participate in any of the following activities under the guidance of a team member:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Engagement regarding new opportunities, new clients, expanding current client’s product, and custom client needs.
  • Talk with clients about the specifics of our technology integration capabilities including our integrated testing solutions.
  • Participate in the scoping of needs, such as unique workflow, data flow, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Participate in the definition of custom technology solutions, including documenting the high-level solution, vetting it internally, and then presenting it to the client.
  • Review and contribute to Statement of Work content when required in terms of assuring alignment with scoped opportunity prior to SOW delivery to clients.
  • Coordinate answers to RFP technology focused questions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prefer experience in the healthcare space
  • Must have excellent written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills as this role will interact with internal and external stakeholders

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected.

Base compensation ranges from $21.00 to 25.00 per hour. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

 

Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law

 

Since this job will be based remotely, all interviews will be conducted virtually.
