The intern will assist our executive project management team, which is part of the Transformation Office, in coordinating large, cross-discipline, company-wide projects with high visibility and criticality. These projects can include post-merger integrations, international operations, systems implementations, and other important corporate efforts. The intern will work closely with other project managers to build project plans in Smartsheet, attend meetings with senior executives to record notes and take-away assignments, follow up on those action items, and update the status of project milestones. The intern will manage project artifacts within SharePoint. Candidates should have an interest in transformative corporate projects, including M&A, executive coordination, complex project management, and building trusting relationships between disparate functional business units. • Work with Cotiviti's Project Managers to help drive critical projects to successful completion.

Base compensation ranges from $21.00 to $30.00 per hour. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is based remotely, and all interviews will be conducted virtually.

Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week or as otherwise required by applicable state law.
