Overview

The Selections Operations Administrator is a member of the Clinical Content and Enablement Team that is responsible for supporting selections operations. This individual will ensure that all Selections Operations processes are adhered to, individual metrics are met or exceeded, and documentation is created and maintained with high attention to quality and detail.  The individual in this role will have specific responsibilities for the administrative tasks associated with Selections and Exclusions.  This position is scheduled to work Monday-Friday daytime schedule.

Responsibilities

Administrative tasks

  • Primary role –
    • QA and generation of selection files
    • Client configuration of Clinical Payment Policies and exclusions
    • Assist with maintenance and monitoring of selection mailings
  • Other Team Tasks 
    • Work in several selections tools and trackers
    • Monitor incoming files
    • Serve as a point of contact for other CCV selections stakeholders through the Claim Selection process
    • Maintenance and monitoring of selection trackers
    • Reporting and Tracking for the team and other CCV stakeholders
    • Provider administrative support for the Clinical Content and Enablement team
    • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Healthcare Systems and Operations experience preferred
  • Works with a sense of urgency; ability to switch gears and change focus 
  • Must possess intermediate - advanced skills with MS Excel (advanced formulas, vlookups, etc. required)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Job Demands

  • This is a work at home position, with the option to work at one of our offices once normal social engagement practices resume. 
  • Access to high-speed internet is required (all other equipment will be provided). 
  • Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Must have flexibility and willingness to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones.
  • After hours and/or weekend work required where necessary for major deliverables/deadlines (not consistent)
  • Required hours Monday - Friday... daytime schedule 

 

Base compensation ranges from $17.80 to $25.00/hour. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. 

 

Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law.
