The HR Generalist will be a supporting member of a business unit or functional leadership team
and serve as a key resource to provide tactical human resource functions. This role will partner with
other HR processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation,
organizational effectiveness, and benefits. The HR Generalist will be involved in employee coaching, development, and communication. They will support broad-based HR initiatives by
partnering with the corporate HR team to leverage the organization's best practices.

Base compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
