- A bachelor's degree with a degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years previous experience in product management, project management, or a related field.
- Experience with Healthcare IT, claims processing and data analytics domains.
- Knowledge of COB, including primary and secondary payer rules, and related regulatory guidelines (CMS, Medicaid, Medicare) strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with claims adjudication, reimbursement methodologies and payer-provider dynamics.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software development processes are often necessary for Product Managers, especially in technology-driven industries. Knowledge of agile development methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and project management tools is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, analyze market trends, and make informed decisions about product strategy and roadmap prioritization. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for Product Managers to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers. This includes the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, as well as strong presentation skills.
- Individuals who can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to work towards a common goal. They should be able to influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making processes effectively.
- A deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points is crucial for Product Managers to develop products that meet customer expectations and deliver value. Experience with user research, customer interviews, and usability testing is beneficial.
- Must collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration across all aspects of the product development and delivery process.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Travel as assigned by Leadership (10 -15%).
- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
- Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Moving (carrying, lifting, pushing, etc.) equipment weighing up to 10 lbs. for presentations set up, etc.
- Exposure to moderate noise intensity is expected.
- No adverse environmental conditions are expected.
Base compensation ranges from $88,500 to $100,500 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
