Overview

Sales Solution Manager – Payment Accuracy: Reporting to the leader of Cotiviti’s Sales Solution Management function, the Sales Solution Manager is a sales support, selling and development role dedicated to supporting Sales VPs in the sale of our Clinical Chart Validation, Coordination of Benefits (COB), and Data Mining solutions. This role requires industry and domain expertise in health plan payment accuracy.

 

Candidate should have at least two years of experience with inside sales, sales development, or a similar customer-facing role within the healthcare industry. They should possess the skill and experience to work as a member of a collaborative sales team and to be responsible for sales quota, expansion of account intelligence, qualification of leads, preparing the sales materials and drive revenue growth.

 

The intent of the role is to provide support to the Sales VPs in their pursuit of the opportunities. By partnering with a Sales VPs, the Sales Solution Manager will learn best sales practices and efficient use of internal resources.

Responsibilities

To support Sales VPs, the Sale Solution Manager participates in the planning and execution of sales strategies, including but not limited to:

  • Developing sales strategies for targeted accounts
  • Targeting and engaging senior decision makers
  • Scheduling and conducting discovery calls
  • identifying sales solution components pertinent to clients’ goals and objectives
  • Creating presentations for online and onsite meetings
  • Coordinating and collaborating with internal SMEs to successfully navigate the sales process
  • Scheduling and conducting solution presentations and leading demo conversations
  • Fulfilling take-aways from presentations
  • Present product solution demonstrations
  • Managing RFI and RFP submissions
  • Managing contract administration process and participating in contract negotiations
  • Closing new business
  • Coordinating cross-selling activities with Client Engagement Team
  • Coordinating with account management in sales planning and account plans
  • Participating in tradeshows, Cotiviti Client Conference, and other marketing events
  • Provide support in the preparation and delivery of internal training sessions

To develop their sales abilities and experience for accepting quota responsibility, the Sales Solution Manager will support the Sales VP with:

  • Participating in the creation of the pipeline and account plans
  • Maintaining accuracy of product pipeline reports
  • Supporting submissions of pricing, proposals, RFIs and RFPs
  • Assisting with contract creation and administration (NDA, BAA, MSA, SOW)
  • Creating and maintaining account profiles in Microsoft Dynamics, including organizational charts and contacts
  • Documenting in Microsoft Dynamics essential interactions with prospects and customers

Qualifications

  • BA., B.S. or advanced degree in business, sales, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience or a client facing role. Proven success in sales, managing accounts and resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to self-manage with attention to detail. Professional demeanor and ability to interact easily and professionally with customers. Responsible for retaining confidentiality and creative problem solving with ability to work with customers, both internally and externally to meet revenue goals.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with ability to work well in group setting providing product subject matter expertise for Cotiviti’s Payment Accuracy solution components.
  • Excellent organizational skills for filing, organizing information for quick retrieval and tracking tasks and due dates.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal, written, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Communicating with others to exchange information.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.

 

Base compensation ranges from $104,000 to $126,000. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

This role is based remotely and all interviews will be conducted virtually.
