Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and support of custom web applications which includes the development and modification of UI frontend code using Angular.
  • Apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Analyze and resolve software related issues originated from internal or external customers.
  • Execute all appropriate facets of the Cotiviti Software Development Lifecycle with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Created a couple of Single Page Application using Angular. The application could include routing control, data piping, 2-way data binding, filters, and events and 3rd party services integration.
  • Implement features such as NgRx store that maintains the state of the application with an action-effect-reducer architecture.
  • Use components or grids such as jQWidgets, AG Grid and Angular material components to facilitate various UI features like Drag-and-Drop, accordions, modal windows, grid and table layouts.
  • Accessed Oracle, MongoDB or DocumentDB Databases to access application data.
  • Used Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus repository, build and deploy both front-end applications and back-end services on a regular basis.
  • Ensured code integrity and security by using various version control systems like GitLab, and Bitbucket.
  • Reviewed business requirements and functional designs for application and came up with UI screens for the same.

Qualifications

Nice to have - 

  • RESTful service development experience.
  • Created a RESTful API that saves, updates, and retrieves user level data for a healthcare client application with backend database storing the collection data.
  • Implemented the controllers, repositories, models, and services to facilitate the API creation.
  • Implemented a custom loading indicator using ngrx-store and ngx-spinner to display an animated overlay over the application while all the components in the background completely load.
  • Developed test cases for the application to facilitate Unit testing.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected.

 

Base compensation ranges from $130,000 to $159,500 annually. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is based remotely, and all interviews will be conducted virtually.
