Overview

This role requires proven multitasking and problem-solving skills, capable of working autonomously or in a team, adaptable to dynamic environments. Key responsibilities include managing learning management systems, supporting software queries, processing enrollments, and maintaining partner relationships. They possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency in HTML and Microsoft applications, and a solid understanding of training best practices. The role may involve up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer LMS needs and recommend and implement appropriate technical interventions
  • Organize and coordinate multiple tasks with peers and partners to establish and implement best practices for Saba learning administration by leveraging teambuilding skills to accomplish tasks and projects
  • Generate and maintain Survey data for client training satisfaction survey reports and NPS data
  • Maintain system utilization reports and course enrollments
  • Utilize and administer system support for MS Project management tool
  • Develop additional system support materials such as user job aids
  • Completes all responsibilities as outlined in annual goals and on annual Performance Plan
  • Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, technical management or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of Administrative/LMS/Training support required.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of effectively managing multiple tasks or projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle unexpected changes in workload or project scopes
  • Support operations in learning management systems, including account provisioning and access, and user permissions
  • Support team members who have software-related questions or issues in the learning management system
  • Regularly compile, review, and process course enrollment data for Client Learners and Cotiviti Trainers.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with multiple internal partners and vendors
  • Write articles for a technical support knowledge base
  • Analyze support case data to identify and prioritize root problems
  • May work directly with client learners to resolve technical issues
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of tools such as HTML, training authoring tools, PDF creation, Microsoft application suite, and version control systems.
  • Work independently and effectively communicate with all involved to meet desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of training methods and best practices for user training on application software including thorough understanding of training techniques.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Travel: up to 25%.

Base compensation ranges from $23.50 to $27.50/hr. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Since this job will be based remotely, all interviews will be conducted virtually.
